I can not commend Adam and Dave enough. I was fully expecting them to cancel given that I had three kids at home due to school closures for a snow day. Also I live half a mile down a private lane (snow covered the two days they attended). Not only did they arrive as arranged, they worked tirelessly for two days installing my boiler in freezing cold conditions. I must also take the time to mention Viv in their office. She's always responsive and kind on the phone, a very good communicator. So all in all, suffice to say I was extremely pleased with the work carried out by AJW and would definitely recommend. Great service from AJW. We had our boiler replaced as well as our hot water and heating system changed to non vented. Adam also replaced our hot water tank with a horizontal one and placed it in the loft, giving us valuable space back. Adam also fitted a HIVE system for us. All was very reasonably priced and we liked that Viv (admin?) kept us up to date on the start and finish of the jobs.

From start to finish it was simple and easy. Adam was always very responsive and reliable. Dave who completed most of the work (water tank removal, boiler installation and radiator replacements) was a pleasure to have in the house, friendly and professional at all times and really went the extra mile to make sure the finish was spot on. Excellent from start to finish. This was not a straightforward repair as our system is very old but Adam sourced what was needed and although a slight delay once they started they worked very hard to complete the job as quickly as possible. Had problems with boiler (no hot water) and also extremely noisy cistern. Engineer (Dave) came out the next morning, identified the faults quickly and ordered up parts. Adam changed the pressure valve on our hot water tank which was leaking. Very impressed with his work and dillegence. He took his shoes off when he came into my house, completed the job with out fuss and left no mess. Couldn't ask for any more. Already booked him again to do a boiler service!
