We used Jake and his team to refurbish our bathroom. We are delighted with he job, they have helped make much better use of the space and the quality of the finish and workmanship was of very high standard. I think what I would say I liked most was the professionalism of DJ Mathias. They were working in our house for 2 weeks and every night, they left the place clean and tidy - and importantly safe. Jake came and diagnosed a faulty pressure reducing valve that had resulted in no hot water on an unvented cylinder system. He replaced the valve and got us back up and running in quick time. We called DJ Mathias in an emergency at 5pm one evening as the water tank in our loft was leaking. Jake came over within half an hour and stopped the leak, taking time to advise us of our options to fully sort the problem. He then came back within the week to replace the tank. He and his workmate were friendly and professional, taking care to protect our flooring and tidying away all rubbish afterwards. I had to go out to work while they were in the house and I felt comfortable leaving them to work and lock up for me. I would not hesitate to recommend and use DJ Mathias in the future. We used this business to dismantle a single garage and car port, and replace them with an extended double garage for use as a home hobby workshop. As work progressed several problems to do with foundations and drains that could not possibly have been foreseen cropped up, but Jake and his team found solutions to all of them whilst trying to keep the extra costs incurred to a minimum. I am very pleased with the final job, and thoroughly enjoy my super insulated retirement man cave. A top quality job.

Jake, Steve and the team installed an en-suite bathroom in our house to a high standard. Jake was always responsive to messages, something we really value in a tradesperson. The team were a pleasure to have in the house and really pleasant to work with and chat to. The only bit that we had to re-do was a small miscommunication between us and Jake, which Jake rectified straight away. Nobody’s fault. Very professional helpful team . Bought an old house in which they replaced all radiators, installed a new gas boiler and water tank, demolished walls and enlarged and reconfigured the kitchen completely, reconfigured the utility with new windows and installed a wonderful new bath/showeroom with underfloor heating.
