I gave a good review of the dentist Richard, who is great! But to be told by a receptionist that if I didn’t give a contact number in case I ever collapsed while there ( 999 would be advisable ) or they could refuse to see me, was not friendly or a pleasant experience. Having been with this practice for years. 😞

Polite, friendly and helpfull staff. Nothing is too much trouble and you get undivided attention. You are put at ease, procedures are explained and your comfort is priority. Excellent team throughout with service to match!!

My experience with Aurora cannot be faulted! All the staff and dentist are all friendly, relaxed, helpful and understanding: they always respond to an emergency with an appointment within the week and full explanations and discussion are given every treatment session seemingly without pressure of time. Simply the best!

Very friendly, thorough and pleasant. I saw the hygienist Louise yesterday and she was very reassuring and understanding when I explained I'm a bit nervous when having my teeth cleaned. She made sure she was gentle and paused at moments when she thought I might be struggling.

Yesterday I had dental treatment at Aurora dental practice which was absolutely stress and pain free. I am usually very nervous, expecting the worst but Natalia was pleasant and professional and put me at ease.

You don’t need to worry with this dental practice about the fear of dentists. Richard Stevens is my dentist and he always makes me feel at ease. Always puts me first and makes the actions (if needed) clear to me before any treatment begins.

I cannot recommend the Aurora Clinic in Corsham more highly! The reception team are welcoming, experienced, informative and empathetic. They offer a personalised service to help me secure appointment slots to suit my needs and to give me the best experience. As a new patient, I was offered an emergency appointment and follow up appointments very quickly. My appointments are always held promptly with no unnecessary waiting. Dr. Thompson and her team are very personable and professional. They made me feel at ease instantly, taking time and care to carry out assessments thoroughly and explain procedures clearly. My visits to the clinic have been painless and comfortable, where treatments are done quickly in a calm and stress-free environment. The added bonus is that the clinic is easily accessible on the High Street with free parking close by. Children are also allowed to attend appointments with you in tow if necessary.

We cannot thank and recommended Emily, Carl, the wonderful receptionist, Farhan and the whole crew at Aurora Dental practice. They welcomed us like family checked on my mum continually and just kind and considerate ongoingly. They are professional, polite and calm which makes you feel the same. Bless you guys 🙌🏾

I've liked Corsham Aurora for the few years I've been going there as it is. They are always friendly and informative. But when they let me take my daughter's teddy bear in on my last checkup and got some photos of the Teddy having a checkup to show her and to put her at ease about her next visit, well that's very caring service. And then when she came for her checkup, Richard and his assistant were so great and playful with her which helped no-end. Plus the lovely receptionist printed-out a coulour-in picture of Peppa at the dentist for our daughter as she heard her talking about Peppa in the waiting room. Thanks all for making our dentist times special 🙏
