I found Dawn’s “Rejuvenate Your Joints” course enormously helpful and interesting. Its set up is equally useful whether you’re looking for some huge changes in your exercise, nutrition and rest, and the mindset to making the changes stick, or whether, like me, you want to do a “MOT” and make smaller tweaks, where appropriate. The course is jam packed with facts and information, and I know I will be accessing it all again, to extract my next targets, many times over the coming months. I felt that Dawn was always available in the background, with advice, ideas or just general encouragement. I’d definitely recommend it!

Dawn combines professionalism with a genuine warmth and friendliness that makes you feel calm, reassured, and in good hands throughout the treatment. Most importantly, she really knows what she is doing. In my case, I foolishly thought I was 20 years younger and tried to erect a summer house with my daughter, only to find myself doubled over with low back pain. After one treatment, I walked out of her practice standing straight. She also provided documented exercises to improve my condition. I couldn’t recommend Dawn more highly.

Holistic, scientific and effective! I couldn’t recommend Dawn more highly! Dawn has been an utterly professional nutritionist and helped me profoundly on my journey to wards a healthy gut. Dawn’s kind-hearted and personable approach, paired with an unparalleled knowledge of gut health, has accelerated my healing process beyond expectation. Dawn efficiently assisted testing processes that led to direct results that finally allowed me to understand my specific condition. I am so happy to have organised three sessions; the entire experience has made an incredibly positive impact on my life! Thank you Dawn!

I just wanted to provide some feedback after completing the “Rejuvenate Your Joints Course” with Dawn Rowland. First of all, I was struck with how friendly and caring the course felt, even though others were there, I felt Dawn really ‘saw’ me, which I feel is testament to her deep subject area knowledge. She was very approachable and it felt quite fun doing the Q&A part. Plus others asked questions I would have so I didn't feel alone in it, it felt like a mini team and see everyone progress. I also liked the mini work book, to keep track and keep me on task to complete my own personal mission. They were so simple! I really liked how the course progressed and the material so clear that I understood where we were and where we were going. I found the exercise videos great and go back to these exercises all the time - I couldn’t quite believe how much of a difference they made, but Dawn has such a way of explaining them, it was fabulous. I thought it was a really special course as it covered all areas, not just diet or not just exercise, it was the WHOLE PACKAGE!! I feel in control of my body and what I need to do to keep it working for me. I have recommended this course to two of my friends already!

In short Dawn's program is amazing. I love it. Simple, easy to understand and follow and has all the elements to help to create my OWN long lasting healthy habits which is the key to helthier life. This program aims for healthier joints and movement but gives much, much more. Understanding yourself and taking the correct little steps results in big changes. I would add that even if you have a break, you don't feel guilty, as you learn to pick up easily with the tools that she provides with this program, which is the REAL key to long term success!

I signed up to Dawn's 'Rejuvenate your Joints' course as I was keen to learn more about how to prevent aches and pains as I aged and how to maintain or improve my energy levels. The course was simply amazing! She has considered not only what information to share about this topic but most importantly how we could make small changes straight away to bring about positive change. Over the 4 weeks I learnt so much and still incorporate this into my daily life. Thank you Dawn. I would honestly recommend this course to everyone. Not only will you learn how to look after your body but Dawns friendly manner means no question is too silly!

I’ve been seeing Dawn over a number of years. No matter how often I damage myself she is always able to ‘mend me’! My knees, hips and back can’t imagine life without her. She is also a first class nutritionist whose advice I really value. Add to this her warm, caring and bubbly personality and you have one totally amazing lady!

Dawn is a really helpful person in so many ways. About six years ago we worked on a nutrition and training plan for a long charity bike ride I was doing, and this advice and guidance has worked for me subsequently. She also provides excellent information regarding health and body issues as well as giving really good sports massages. She is also very good value for money as her fees are very competitive.

Dawn has a beautiful treatment room which is like a little oasis of calm. She has helped me enormously with a recurring back problem. She has a wonderful approach of listening, supporting and empowering. I value her knowledge and the ease in which she explains simplistically in detail what is going on and the stages to fix it. She is extremely encouraging and I get a real sense that she cares. She has wealth of knowledge about nutrition and our conversations often venture there during a treatment! I would highly recommend Dawn

Dawn has treated me for both back problems and chronic migraine in the past. Both of which she helped immensely. Dawn is a personable, friendly and very caring individual. She has a wealth of experience and a wide knowledge of physiology. I would very happily recommend Dawn to friends and family if they were in need of an Osteopath and/ or a nutritionist.
