Having had an appalling experience with the countries largest Gas Service providers over the last few years, we are delighted we’ve gone local and signed up with Ultra Warm. Friendly easy to contact staff and just had a thorough service of our boiler by a competent friendly and helpful engineer. All at a great price.

Brilliant service all round. Phoned Monday morning to book an appointment, by 1pm that day the engineer arrived, quickly diagnosed the fault and rectified it within an hour. After quite a few years of having ultra-warm ltd servicing my boiler, and being happy with it. I can honestly say I will never use them again, after the damage caused by a bad service engineer. My boiler was left leaking water from the condenser pipe and leaving the place smelling of oil fumes. The leak damaged our wall. Which they will not accept responsibility for. The water leak was rectified. But two engineers later, the fumes are still bad. They cant fin an issue . So are expecting me to pay just short of £500 to have 3 things replaced, on the possibility its one of those causing the problem. The original engineer has had his marching orders. So Ive been told. Im now left with a stinking boiler and water damage. Im gutted that they are treating me so badly.

We are absolutely thrilled with the work carried out by Ultra-Warm. We live in an old house and needed to have the rather inadequate heating system completely upgraded. This included a new boiler, new pipework and new radiators. Ultra-Warm gave wise advice throughout the process and worked incredibly hard whilst on site. It was nerve-wracking committing to such a big job, but we needn't have worried, as we were in experienced and capable hands. What a relief! We needed a new boiler, have it relocated and be here the same time as the gas company. We had very efficient service from the start, always called when they said they would and all round reliable. The heating engineers were very tidy and professional and did the job with minimum fuss and impact on us. Highly recommend.
