My baby and I really enjoyed attending Lizzie's baby massage course. The classes were held in a warm and comfortable environment for both baby and mum. The techniques were paired with nursery rhymes which made them fun and easy to remember for massage at home. My baby loves being massaged, and it has really helped us to bond. I also loved that the programme included a treatment for mum!

Lizzie has been my masseuse for the past 2-3 years. before I have been to a lot of places and people for my massage but no one can compare with her as she’s a very friendly, professional therapist and always understands my needs.she’s also a very skilled which helped me through my pregnance as well. I would recommend her to anyone specially people like me seat in the office all day.

We booked Top to Toe Treatments for a hen do we were organising for quite a large group of people. Initially we were impressed at the quick and detailed response that we got to our enquiry. Lizzie was very attentive to our requirements and bent over backwards to help provide an afternoon of holistic treatments for our party. On the day itself, our hens were absolutely blown away by Lizzie and her colleague, who gave all our hens such a fantastically relaxing afternoon, with treatments individually tailored to each of our ladies. As soon as you walked into the room, there was a calmness about the place, not just because of the smell of oils and music, but also the attentive and gentle manner of Lizzie which really set everyone at ease. The treatments themselves were the best that any of our hens had experienced, and varied from reflexology for pregnant ladies through to Indian head massages and more. We couldn't have hoped for more and were only left a little crestfallen by the fact that we all lived in different countries and wouldn't be able to make it a regular visit!

I highly recommend Lizzie, she's a fantastic massage therapist. She received me at her (lovely and weel-arranged) place, close to Neil's Yard Remedies. After asking about my needs and potential physical problems, she gave me a perfect massage, wich in my opinion is : good technics of course, plus (more important) : letting go and empathy. While she was massaging my back, I had the feeling we were one. And when she did the reflexology, the thought came to my mind she was an artist doing artwork. After, she told me she was a drama teacher! She's really an artist, and I guess her previous job gave her a specific approach to the body. I add that I know (and practice from time to time) the Californian massage and acupressure. So I really appreciated the quality of her massage, and also a judicious musical choice. Enjoy now! :)
