James was professional and so helpful. I had a lot of questions on our heating system and he provided me with the answers and support I required. He also looked at how we could save us money with our hot water system. Excellent, would recommend.

James carried out a landlord’s gas safety check for us, previously we have always used British Gas. James was very thorough and paid attention to the details. We will recommend him and use his services again.

BEWARE!!!! James incorrectly diagnosed leak, told me parts for my boiler were obsolete and wanted to replace boiler!! Also condemned boiler due to fumes which he never mentioned to me!! Luckily I knew he was a scammer, called another plumber who replaced the correct part (all parts for my boiler are still available) and I got the new plumber to take 3 readings for fumes and all were good. Thank goodness I used my intuition and called another plumber!! Edit.......the warning notice was for fumes which another plumber read 3 times and all were fine! Highly impressed with the service we got from Yarworth Heating today, being the first time we have used them. We rang on a Friday morning about a problem we had with our boiler and James was able to accommodate us the same day. Despite finishing his previous job late, he still turned up at 6pm (on a Friday) to fix our issue when most would’ve not bothered. I phoned James in a panic because my boiler wasn’t working at all. I couldn’t get any of the bigger companies to help without waiting 3 weeks. He came on the same day!! He serviced the boiler perfectly and helped me get radiators that weren’t working hot again. He explained how I could rebalance the radiators. FANTASTIC SERVICE and reasonable pricing.
