Daisy and her team are friendly and professional. They recycled an unwanted tennis bracelet into a beautiful eternity ring. Daisy immediately understood what I was after and the finished piece of jewellery was exactly what I hoped for. Coppins made the process of creating a unique ring very enjoyable and I highly recommend them.

I visited Coppins in the hope to design an engagement ring, after looking at rings for a wile I decided they were all a bit the same, but I have no idea about gems or what is possible and I didn’t have a huge budget. After one visit to Coppins I felt very positive and looked forward to my next visit. Proposing is nerve racking as it is but working with Coppins took a very stressful situation and made it a pleasure ! The ring, the staff and I designed and chose the gems for was made to a brilliant standard and I am very happy with it as is the missis (who said yes) I never thought designing and choosing my preferred gem types and colours would be as easy or affordable. Coppins made it all very easy and a pleasure, so glad I decided to try something custom and so glad I popped in to see what they could do for me ! Have worked with Daisy and the team on various projects, and have also used their services as a jeweller on many occasions. Their selection of sparkly things is quite amazing, and service has always been extremely friendly, personal, and knowledgeable. I would recommend without hesitation.

They changed my watch battery for me in a few minutes. They were very good about resizing my wedding ring , they said they would try to do it before Christmas. Excellent customer service.
