The Business Cyber Centre project was already on a tight timeframe at the point of tendering for contractors due to government funding deadlines. After a competitive tender process, CMS came on board to provide project management, quantity and building surveying services. Led by Peter, with David, Ryan, Leila and Lauren, the BCC project was delivered on time and in budget which, without the CMS team’s time and attention to detail, as well as good humour and adaptability, would not have happened. It was a pleasure to work with the whole team and look forward to the next one.
